Yes. The discovery call and tailored demo are free, with no commitment. We use them to figure out if RefundMind is the right fit for your operation.
Nothing required. If you can share a sample CSV of recent returns (anonymized is fine), the tailored demo gets sharper. But we can also run the demo with our own sample data if you would prefer.
The person who runs returns ops is the most important attendee. If a tech lead or founder wants to join, great — but it is not required for the first call.
That's fine. Some teams demo to evaluate the market, some to budget for next year, some to compare options. We don't do high-pressure sales — if RefundMind isn't the right fit yet, we'll say so.
